Refund eligibility and terms are presented during checkout. By completing your purchase, you agree to the refund policy displayed at checkout for that specific offer.
How to request a refund or resolve billing issues
For refund requests, billing questions, or payment processing issues, use the support instructions provided in your ThriveCart registration confirmation. That confirmation includes the order details needed to locate your purchase.
If you have not received your registration confirmation, check spam, junk, or promotions first, then follow the support guidance provided at the time of registration.
